Taj Mahal in Lubben

We were often and gladly in this restaurant. The food was always delicious and the service was friendly. It's a shame the Taj Mahal closes forever! We wish the operators that they survive the Corona period well and that they can open a new restaurant as soon as possible. No matter where, we're going!

I'm not a friend of India, but the restaurant met my taste. The food was very good and it is seasoned as you wish. I would rate the ambience as typically Indian, but - as already mentioned - I have little experience with it. In short, I would go out to eat there again.

Always very tasty. Unfortunately, more than 5 is not possible. xD

Very authentic and delicious food! Highly recommended! The Byriani in particular was very, very good! The service is friendly and so is the atmosphere!

We went to eat there last night. The service was very friendly, quick and thoughtful. The dishes were freshly prepared and very tasty. The price performance ratio is very good . You could sit outside on this warm evening and there was also live music from the band Carport 44. Conclusion: It was a very nice evening and the visit was worth it. The restaurant can only be recommended.

Chicken curry: Meat was a bit hard or tough for chicken, the sauce could have used a little less salt and there were no vegetables, but a large delicious raw vegetable salad for 2 to share. The vegetarian with paneer cheese and vegetables was spicy and very tasty. That's why 3 stars.

Extremely delicious food, very high quality, friendly service! We love to eat Indian and have tried many Indian restaurants in our hometown. During our vacation we were at the Taj Mahal - it was seldom so delicious!

The service was great and very accommodating. The food tasted wonderful and was ready to go. The children were given pens and coloring books, there are children's toilet seats. Very clear recommendation!

Super friendly service, who were very dedicated and enjoy doing their job. The food was quick and hot at the table. A little too hot for our taste but still very tasty. We can definitely recommend this restaurant because the price / performance ratio is right. We'll be back, I promise 👍

It has been a long time since we were welcomed so warmly and openly in a restaurant as here. The food was incredibly tasty and great to look at. The price for the portions is unbeatable! Those who like and good Indian food will get their money's worth here. When we are around again we will definitely come back.

Very friendly staff. Nice ambience and pleasant atmosphere also outdoors. Food is tastefully prepared for the eye and the palate. Highly recommended. One is well looked after.

There is a friendly, family atmosphere there. Everyone is lovely and polite. The food is incredibly delicious, there is a large selection of meat dishes, as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes. The Batura and Naan bread is excellent! You get full and the prices are right. If we stay here again we will definitely be back! For everyone who likes Indian food it is a MUST. And even those who don't like Indian will be amazed! We speak from experience.

We enjoyed eating there very much - the service is extremely courteous and friendly, the dishes were all very tasty. We will be happy to go there again on our next visit to Lübben. :)

Nice service - food unfortunately not very spicy, starters very small. Lassi was delicious. Rice portion a bit small. Garlic Naan dry.

Oh yeah, definitely a must! Good food and you can buy some spices from the shelf.

Nice place, quick and attentive staff, not as over-seasoned as some other Indians. BUT otherwise typical dips / sauces are completely missing, very small selection of desserts, clear meat content in relation to the spinach or okra pods. We have tested many Indians across Germany, so unfortunately only 3 stars in comparison. But I would still recommend a visit if you are in Lübben and want to eat Indian.

A cozy restaurant in a good location. The diverse selection of Indian starters and main dishes create a culinary highlight in the Breite Straße. Probably the best "Indian spice mix" is the friendly and warm kind of hospitality in this restaurant. The service has style and class! We can highly recommend the Taj Mahal and would love to come back ....
